Positive Mind
We are often surrounded by mindsets that will put us down and brainwash us to be negative, so having a positive mindset and attitude is a must if you wish to get through the obstacles that are thrown at you.
What is having a Positive Mindset? A positive mindset is adapting to the surrounding and being optimistic about whatever situation given. It is not easy to be positive at times because naturally, we tend to get annoyed or lose our cool. We have all been in situations where we tend to get upset and it does create a vibe that will be uncomfortable. So I came up with 5 tips I personally use to keep my head up high and stay confident.

1) Surround yourself with positive people
- This is very important because choosing the right people in your life will affect your mindset and personality. If you surround yourself with people who are constantly angry or upsetting, you tend to feel the same vibe. But if you surround yourself among people who always bring others up and frequently giving positive vibes, it will feel completely different and you will always feel motivated.
2) Understanding your mind
- In order to stay positive, you must first understand your mind and fill it with positive input. There are situations where things might look bad but you must first see the good side of a situation before making any decisions. Do not make a permanent decision over temporary feelings.
3) Being nice to people around you
- This is one of the most common ways to be and to stay positive because it does feel good to be nice and to help people around us, Research has proven that when you do something nice for others, it will cause you to do it again.
4) Take a deep breath and count to 10
- This usually occurs when the situation is too overwhelming and sometime the mind can't focus on the positive side of things anymore. Being rational in these kinds of a situation is a must because no one wants someone who constantly put on a fit and screaming at the top of their lungs. So take a deep breath and count to 10. If that doesn't work, take a walk and relax with things that will calm the mind down.
5) Having personal goals
- Having personal goals is one of the most private things all of us have. Personal goals are goals you can daydream about and work towards it without having someone telling you that you can't make it or you aren't good enough etc. *You can check out my blog on "Tips to achieve life goals" to get some inspiration too*
